Straight answers — no subscription fine print

The questions people ask before they trust an AI headshot tool.

Is this a subscription?: No. ProfilePic uses one-time purchases only. You pay once for a photoshoot pack. There is no recurring billing and nothing to cancel.
Will the photos look like me?: Likeness is our top priority. We use pre-upload guidance, automated photo QA, fidelity-first generation settings, and free in-pack re-rolls so you are not paying again for a redo.
What happens to my uploaded photos?: Source photos and your personal trained model auto-delete after 30 days by default. You can delete everything immediately from your privacy dashboard at any time.
Do you train shared AI models on my photos?: No. Your uploads train a personal model for your photoshoot only. We do not add your photos to a shared base model.
Can I get a refund?: Yes — see our Refund Policy. If we fail to deliver due to a system error, your entitlement is not consumed.
